If you're a beginner looking to achieve your desired calisthenics skills, you've come to the right place. With over 2 years of training experience in calisthenics and 1 year of online coaching, I'm here to guide and support you on your journey to mastering various skills.



What will be included?

You'll receive a 12-week personalized program that fits your schedule. We'll have weekly check-ins to discuss progress, address concerns, and provide form corrections and tips based on your submitted clips or questions. I'll be available for ongoing support throughout the program. Let's make these 12 weeks transformative and rewarding for your calisthenics journey!

Client Progress!

Emma worked with me for 3 months, her main goals being handstands and pull ups. I started with handstand exercises against the wall to help her work on strength, technique and balance. By week 5 she held her first handstand for a few seconds !
